Role Description The Architectural Designer will work in office in Ujjain in a full-time capacity, contributing to the planning and design of architectural projects from concept through construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing and revising construction drawings, and producing detailed architectural documentation. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors, ensuring designs comply with codes, standards, and client requirements.

The Architectural

Designer will participate in site visits, assist with design presentations, and support urban planning considerations where needed. Collaboration, clear communication,



and timely delivery of design outputs are central to this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into practical built forms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings and technical Drawing, including preparation of detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Urban Planning principles, with awareness of zoning, community needs, and sustainable development practices.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience in architectural design.
- Strong visual communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in Ujjain.
- Prior experience in infrastructure or construction projects is beneficial, along with familiarity with materials, structural systems, and site coordination.
