Conceptual designs, detailed design development, coordination with client, attending client reviews/presentations, site inspections.
Required Skills :- Auto cad, sketch-up, Revit (preferable), Report & presentation preparation
Design experience of Highrise buildings, thorough in codes, standards, local byelaws and other statutory norms, coordination with other consultants/client/contractor. Review of drawings submitted by other consultants.
Experience in government projects is preferred. Need experience in sketch up , power point as part of client presentations
