Job Overview

Looking for a fresher Architect as Site Supervisor to oversee ongoing projects. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, coordination with clients, monitoring project progress, and ensuring quality execution as per approved designs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor ongoing work.
- Supervise labourers and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and site safety.
- Coordinate with clients and provide regular project updates.
- Attend client meetings and assist with presentations when required.
- Take site measurements and maintain accurate project records.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the core team to ensure proper execution.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12thPass.
- Candidates with a background in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction, or related fields are plus point




- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint.
- Good communication
- Ability to coordinate with clients, labourers, and vendors.
- Comfortable travelling to different project sites.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up on work independently.
