We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The candidate will assist in developing residential and commercial projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
- Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models.
- Assist with material, furniture and finish selections.
- Prepare presentation drawings and design concepts.
- Coordinate drawings with consultants and contractors.
- Conduct site visits and assist with site coordination.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed and aligned with design intent.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, specifications and project documentation.

Requirements

- B.Arch or relevant architectural qualification.
- Positive knowledge of AutoCAD.




- Working knowledge of SketchUp & Lumion preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction.
- Good visualisation and design sense.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
