Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects. The candidate should be skilled in architectural software, building codes, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities• Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications

- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and translate ideas into design
- Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Conduct site visits and manage in office activities when necessary
- Prepare feasibility studies and presentations

Requirements• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods
- Excellent communication, design, and visualization skills
