– Architect Position: Architect Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: On-site About the Role We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing architectural designs from initial concept through project completion.

Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings from inception to completion. Understand and translate client requirements into practical and aesthetically appealing design solutions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.

Prepare and review architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and documentation. Ensure designs comply with local building regulations, codes, and project specifications. Incorporate sustainable and environmentally responsible practices into architectural designs.

Assist with project planning, coordination, execution, and documentation. Monitor design development and ensure timely project delivery. Review drawings and plans for accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements &

Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)



or a related field. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices. Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, modelling, and visualization tools.

Experience with architectural software and design/modeling platforms. Robust project management and coordination skills. Good understanding of sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Bhubaneswar/local building regulations will be an advantage.
