You will work closely with senior architects and mentors to develop and deliver projects from design development through documentation and execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Design & Planning
- Develop architectural design proposals in response to project requirements
- Translate design intent into coordinated architectural solutions
- Contribute to design development across residential, high-rise, commercial and mixed-use projects
- Develop plans, elevations, sections and design details
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively
- Prepare design presentations and visual communication material

Technical Delivery

- Prepare and review working drawings
- Develop detailed architectural documentation
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements
- Support preparation of sanction, tender and GFC documentation
- Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency and revision control
- Identify technical conflicts and work with the relevant teams to resolve them

Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors
- Participate in project coordination meetings
- Attend site visits and understand construction progress
- Review execution against design intent
- Identify site-level design and detailing issues and support resolution
- Communicate design changes clearly to relevant stakeholders

Digital & BIM You should have strong working knowledge of:

- AutoCAD

- Revit

- SketchUp





- Architectural visualisation software

Exposure to BIM coordination, clash detection, Navisworks, BIM 360, Dynamo or similar tools will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

- B.Arch or equivalent qualification
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong exposure to residential/high-rise projects preferred
- Experience in commercial, mixed-use, hospitality or institutional projects is valuable
- Demonstrated experience in design development and architectural documentation
- Valuable understanding of construction drawings and detailing
- Exposure to structural and MEP coordination

- Site and execution experience
- Knowledge of relevant building bye-laws and standards
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently on assigned deliverables while working within a larger

team
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for output
