We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of independent design experience in apartment and villa projects. As an Architect at Lord Krishna Builders, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the development of independent apartment and villa projects.

Responsibilities:

- Independently design and manage the architectural aspects of apartment and villa projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure the successful execution of design concepts.
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications that meet project requirements and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design feasibility and compliance with established standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior architects and designers.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials,



and technologies to ensure innovative and efficient designs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 2-4 years of experience in independently designing apartment and villa projects.
- Proficient in relevant design software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
