- Strong understanding of PEGA Platform and best practices
- Experience in designing end-to-end (E2E) business process flows (BPMN)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team to brainstorm, plan and develop new features
- Must understand Pega interfaces and have proven integration experience between Pega and other systems.
- Actively participate in the requirements, design and construction phases; to lead to successful delivery of the project
- Review the designs developed by Clients or other parties as well
- Ensure that systems are built for change, scalable, reusable
- Performance tuning and optimization of PRPC implementations
- Ability to use application preflight tool, PAL, DB Trace, Profiler tool, SMA console, PegaAES
- Understand scope, effort and change management activities in PRPC project executions
- Single point contact for Offshore Development Team




- Liaise with onshore LSA
- Assure the quality of all deliverables
- Co-ordinate with offshore delivery manager /team
- Ensure implementation are done as per Pega Guardrails
- Bring in design/coding best practices
