Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review civil and architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in planning, designing, and executing residential projects.
- Conduct site visits and supervise ongoing construction activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams.
- Monitor project quality, materials, timelines, and progress.
- Assist with design modifications and project documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch.
- 03 years of experience; freshers can apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit/SketchUp will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
