We are seeking highly experienced and passionate Senior Architects to join our growing architecture practice within the Financial Services domain. Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architects

- Define and govern enterprise-wide technology strategy, standards, and roadmaps.
- Align business objectives with technology investments.
- Drive architecture governance, capability modeling, and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technology leadership teams.

AI Architects

- Design AI/ML and Generative AI solution architectures.
- Establish AI governance, security, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Guide implementation of scalable AI platforms and intelligent automation solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and define adoption strategies.

Application Architects

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
- Define application architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
- Lead modernization and microservices transformation initiatives.
- Ensure solution alignment with business and technical objectives.

Infrastructure / Cloud Architects





- Design cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
- Develop cloud migration and modernization strategies.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, security, and scalability.
- Optimize cloud operations and infrastructure performance.

Integration Architects

- Design enterprise integration strategies and API ecosystems.
- Lead implementation of middleware, ESB, event-driven, and microservices integrations.
- Establish integration standards, governance, and security frameworks.
- Ensure seamless connectivity across business applications and platforms.

Lead / Chief Architects

- Provide strategic technology leadership across enterprise programs.
- Define architecture vision and long-term technology roadmaps.
- Mentor architecture teams and drive best practices.
- Engage with executive stakeholders to influence technology direction.
- Ensure architectural alignment across multiple business and technology domains.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software, technology, or enterprise architecture roles.
- Proven experience within the Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, or Capital Markets sector.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles, design patterns, and enterprise-scale systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

- TOGAF, Zachman, AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent architecture certifications.
- Experience with Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, DevOps, Data Platforms, AI/ML, or API-led integration.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements in Financial Services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
