About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with strong Interior Design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling corporate interiors, hospitals/healthcare projects, commercial spaces, and architectural projects from concept development through execution.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with consultants and vendors, conducting site visits, and ensuring that the design intent is successfully implemented at site.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations and sections.
- Prepare detailed interior and architectural drawings in AutoCAD.
- Coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, electrical, HVAC and other services drawings.
- Work on corporate offices, hospitals, healthcare and Institutional projects.
- Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with site teams, contractors and vendors.
- Monitor execution to ensure drawings, specifications, materials and design standards are properly followed.
- Identify site issues and provide practical design/technical solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture, fixtures and other interior elements.
- Review shop drawings, material samples and mock-ups.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications and other project-related documentation when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and revision control of drawings.




- Ensure projects are delivered within the required quality, timeline and design standards.
- Support the Senior Architect/Project Lead in project planning and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
- 3–6 years of relevant qualified experience in architecture and interior projects.
- Strong experience in corporate interiors and/or hospital/healthcare projects.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and preparation of detailed working drawings.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop or other design software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of construction materials, interior finishes and architectural detailing.
- Understanding of MEP coordination and healthcare/corporate project requirements.
- Strong site execution and coordination skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple project requirements and work within deadlines.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be someone who is:

- Design-oriented as well as technically strong
- Comfortable with both office-based drawing work and site coordination
- Experienced in working with corporate and healthcare, Institutional Projects
- Capable of independently handling drawings and day-to-day project coordination
- Proactive, organised and able to work in a fast-paced project environment
