Nyks Design Studio LLP is hiring a registered Architect to lead design development and working drawings for new buildings, renovations and interiors that our studio designs and builds end-to-end.

Place of work: Nyks office, C-Scheme, Jaipur (office hours 10 am - 7 pm), with site visits in Jaipur.

Role & responsibilities:

- Develop concepts and design development for new buildings, renovations and interiors
- Produce and check working / GFC drawing sets and construction details
- Coordinate structural and MEP consultants; prepare submissions for local authority approvals
- Visit sites for design supervision and resolve execution queries with our site team
- Present design options to clients alongside the Design Lead

Preferred candidate profile




- B.Arch with 3+ years of post-qualification experience; COA registration required
- Robust working-drawing and detailing skills (sections, staircases, toilets, facade details)
- AutoCAD plus Revit or SketchUp; rendering skills are a plus
- Knowledge of Rajasthan building bye-laws preferred
- Portfolio is mandatory - share a link while applying
