- JOB SUMMARY

- We are urgently looking for an Architect who can independently handle both Architectural &
- Interior Site Execution as well as Architectural &
- Interior Drawings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Independently handle Architectural &
- Interior Site Execution.

- Prepare and manage Architectural &

- Interior drawings.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors and site teams.

- Understand drawings and ensure proper execution at site.

- Conduct regular site visits and monitor work progress.

- Ensure site execution is carried out as per approved drawings and design requirements.

- Identify site issues and coordinate for necessary corrections.

- Prepare, modify and revise drawings as per site requirements.

- Coordinate between design, drawings and site execution.





- Monitor quality and timely completion of assigned work.

REQUIRED SKILLS &

- QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.

- Positive knowledge of Architectural &
- Interior drawings.

- Practical knowledge of site execution.

- Ability to independently handle site-related responsibilities.

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant architectural/interior software.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Willingness to travel for site visits within Surat.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
