Qualification

- B.Arch from a recognized institution.

- Professional registration with Council of Architecture (COA) preferred.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization, or other relevant architectural software.

Job Summary The Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and supervising architectural works for NURA health screening centers. The role involves developing functional and aesthetically appropriate spaces while coordinating with civil, MEP, medical equipment, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed as per approved designs, quality standards, timelines, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Architectural

Design &

- Planning

- Prepare architectural layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.

- Develop space planning for health screening centers, consultation rooms, imaging areas, reception, waiting areas, staff areas, and other functional spaces.

- Ensure effective patient flow and functional utilization of space.

- Prepare design concepts and presentations as required.

2.

Healthcare Facility

Design

- Understand the specific planning requirements of health screening and diagnostic facilities.

- Coordinate architectural layouts with medical equipment requirements.

- Consider patient privacy, accessibility, infection prevention, safety, and operational workflow in designs.

- Coordinate with relevant teams for imaging room and equipment installation requirements.

3. Site Coordination &

- Execution

- Conduct regular site visits and monitor architectural works.





- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Identify design/site discrepancies and coordinate necessary corrections.

- Review workmanship, finishes, materials, and overall quality.

- Support snagging, rectification, and project handover.

4. Coordination with MEP &

- Civil Teams

- Coordinate architectural drawings with MEP, civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and safety requirements.

- Work closely with MEP Engineers, Site Supervisors, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

- Ensure proper integration of services within the architectural design.

5. Contractor &

- Vendor Management

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and vendors.

- Review material samples and finishes.

- Monitor project progress and support timely completion.

- Assist with quantity/BOQ review and technical clarifications when required.

6. Documentation

- Maintain updated architectural drawings and project documentation.

- Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation.

- Maintain records of revisions, approvals, site instructions, and project changes.

Travel &

- Stay

- Travel: The position involves travel to different NURA centers and project locations for site visits, design coordination, project execution, and inspections.

- Accommodation: Company-provided accommodation or accommodation support will be provided during official travel/transfer, as per company policy.

- Travel Expenses: Official travel expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
