- Handle AR Calling and Accounts Receivable follow-up for US healthcare claims.

- Work on both Hospital Billing and Physician Billing accounts.

- Follow up with insurance companies on pending, unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims.

- Analyze claim denials, identify root causes, and take appropriate corrective action.

- Handle denials related to eligibility, authorization, medical necessity, coding, timely filing, bundling, and non-covered services.

- Review claim status, EOBs/ERAs, and payer correspondence to determine the next action.

- Coordinate with billing, coding, and payment posting teams for claim resolution.

- Initiate appeals and reconsiderations for appropriate denied claims.

- Maintain accurate follow-up notes and ensure timely resolution of outstanding AR.

- Meet defined productivity, quality, and collection targets.
