Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Software Developer / Full-Stack Developer to join our technology team and contribute to the development, enhancement and maintenance of AR/VR applications, ERP systems, CRM platforms, websites and other business software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals and hands-on experience in front-end and/or back-end development, with proficiency in technologies such as Java, JavaScript, C++, Laravel/PHP and modern development frameworks. The candidate should also be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude to improve productivity, debugging, documentation and development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and maintain software applications based on business requirements.
- Develop and maintain ERP, CRM and internal business applications.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Work on AR/VR applications and interactive digital experiences.
- Develop and integrate front-end and back-end components.
- Build APIs and integrate third-party services and applications.
- Participate in application architecture, database design and system integration.
- Identify and resolve software bugs, performance issues and technical problems.
- Convert business requirements and functional specifications into scalable software solutions.
- Develop new modules, features and enhancements for existing applications.
- Work with databases and ensure data integrity,



security and performance.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, software developers, business teams and other stakeholders.
- Perform testing, debugging and code optimization.
- Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Participate in deployment, maintenance and continuous improvement of applications.
- Use Git/version-control systems and follow structured development practices.
- Utilize AI development assistants such as Claude responsibly for coding assistance, debugging, code review, documentation, testing and productivity improvement.

AR/VR Development:

- Experience in AR/VR application development will be an advantage.
- Unity / Unreal Engine knowledge is desirable.
- C++ / C# knowledge for interactive application development is preferred.




- Experience with 3D environments, simulations or immersive applications will be an added advantage.

ERP / CRM Development:

- Experience developing or customizing ERP/CRM modules.
- Understanding of modules such as HR, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, Production and Customer Management will be advantageous.
- Integration between ERP/CRM and external applications through APIs.

Development Tools:

- Git / GitHub / GitLab
- VS Code / IntelliJ IDEA / Visual Studio
- Postman or similar API testing tools
- AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or GitHub Copilot

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, MCA or a related field.
- Strong understanding of programming concepts, OOP and software development life cycle.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a development team.
- Willingness to work across different technology stacks depending on project requirements.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Strong learning attitude toward emerging technologies, particularly AI, AR/VR and modern web development.
