Responsibilities
- Outbound calling to insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims, check claim status, and resolve payment issues.
- Handling denial management, EOB/ERA analysis, and managing outstanding AR accounts.
- Meeting daily call and productivity targets.
- Meet daily/weekly calling, productivity, quality, and collection targets.
- Maintain accurate and updated notes for all insurance follow-ups.
- Escalate complex claim issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
