Job Title: Junior Architect (1-3 years)

About Us

We are a growing Architecture & Interior Design firm specializing in residential, commercial, and apartment projects. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Architect to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD
- Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detail drawings
- Prepare municipality submission drawings and approval drawings
- Develop electrical, plumbing, and structural coordination drawings
- Revise drawings based on design changes and client feedback
- Coordinate with senior architect, designers, site engineers, and consultants
- Maintain drawing standards, layers, and documentation systematically
- Assist in quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation (basic level)

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Arch/Diploma in Architecture




- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of building materials and construction details
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Valuable understanding of working drawings and site execution drawings
- Attention to detail and time management skills

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

- Rendering Skills
- Experience in apartment or residential project drawings
- Basic understanding of Kerala Municipality building rules
- Site coordination experience
- BOQ preparation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
