1. Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment.
2. Perform machine setup, cleaning, changeover, and routine maintenance activities.
3. Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
4. Maintain production records, logbooks, and other documentation.
5. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate major concerns.
6. Support calibration, preventive maintenance, and validation activities.
7. Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with EHS requirements.
8. Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Engineering teams to achieve production targets.
