Required Skills
- 25 years of experience in Application/Production Support.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix commands.
- Working knowledge of Java or Golang for application debugging and production issue analysis.
- Understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with application log analysis and monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, ELK, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, etc.).
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing platforms.
- Positive understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
