As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will manage global enterprise networks, automation, observability, reliability engineering, and large-scale transformation programs. You will work within a defined operating model and processes, implementing technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas.

Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekend

- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Mandatory Basic Networking skills: Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent),



Cloud Networking (AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty/ AWS certified solution architect Professional/ Azure Network Engineer Associate/ Professional Cloud Network Engineer/ Terraform Associate)

Must Have

Skills (Minimum 3 from the list): Enterprise-scale networking architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, Cloud On-Ramp to DC, S2S VPN, Cloud Security Architectures, IAAC, Cloud Automation Platforms, Observability, Cloud Monitoring

- Good to have Skills (Minimum 3 from the list): CloudFormation, Azure Bicep, Terraform, Google Deployment Manager
- Good to have knowledge on Skills (Minimum 2 from the list): WAF, DDOS, SDWAN, Multi-Cloud Networking
- Proficiency in designing and deployment of Network Management, Observability tools and Log Management. Customizing metrics/ alerts/ log analysis. (Optional)
- Strong understanding of network management protocols and technologies.
- Knowledge preferred - Zero Trust Security principles, Data Center Networks, Virtual Platforms (NSX-T/ VMware)
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and platforms.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
