We are looking for a FLEXCUBE Lending Application Support Specialist with strong banking domain expertise in lending operations, loan servicing, and production support. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting lending applications and a solid understanding of retail and corporate loan lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide application support for Oracle FLEXCUBE Loan Modules .
- Manage and support end-to-end lending processes including loan origination, disbursement, servicing, collections, recovery, and closure .
- Support loan products such as Retail, Corporate, MSME, Agriculture, and Overdrafts .
- Verify loan account setup, interest calculations, repayment schedules, and accrual processes.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, incidents, and service requests.
- Perform impact analysis for enhancements and system changes.
- Support regulatory reporting, MIS, compliance, and reconciliation requirements.
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.




- Lead delivery activities and manage stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills

- 4-6 years of experience in Banking Application Support.
- Solid knowledge of lending lifecycle processes and loan servicing.
- Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Lending Modules .
- Understanding of delinquency management, NPA processing, provisioning, rollover, and rescheduling.
- Hands-on experience with SQL/Oracle queries .
- Knowledge of Windows Servers and application support environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stake holder management abilities.

Preferred

- Experience in Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending Operations.
- Understanding of regulatory reporting and banking compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage offshore/vendor delivery partners.
