Job Responsibilities

- Provide application technical support to customers and the Sales team for Packaging, Tapes & Labels.
- Support customer machine trials, product evaluations and on-site troubleshooting.
- Understand customer application requirements and recommend suitable adhesive solutions.
- Work closely with Sales to support customer development and identify new applications and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with R&D;/Technical teams to develop and implement customer solutions.
- Support resolution of customer technical issues and complaints.
- Gather market, competitor and application information and provide feedback to the regional/HQ team.
- Prepare technical and customer trial reports.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer/Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field.




- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in technical service/application engineering.
- Experience in labels, tapes, adhesives, packaging, coating or converting industries is preferred.
- Robust hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills and commercial awareness.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Willing to travel regularly for customer and sales support.
- Based in or willing to be based in Delhi/North India.

Pay: ₹118,000.00 - ₹188,000.00 per month
