The position demands adaptability and a keen eye for detail to support complex environments effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on support priorities and system updates. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Backup and Recovery Systems.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Commvault Backup Administration.
- Strong knowledge of data backup strategies and disaster recovery planning.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to diagnose issues.
- Experience with automation tools to optimize backup and recovery processes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based backup solutions and integration techniques.
