Responsibility: /n 1 Solve customers' technical problems and complaints promptly. /n 2 Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems. /n 3 Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required; /n 3 Conduct Customer training. /n 4 Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team. /n 5 Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues. /n 6 Other task arranged by the company /n Requirements: /n /n

- Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.

/n

- Minimum 5 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;

- Able to use English as working language;

/n

- Positive communication skills and hard working.
