Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end analytics and reporting strategy for the OTT platform.

- Define KPIs, reporting schemas, data models, and dashboard requirements.
- Analyze audience behavior, content consumption, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, engineering,



and client stakeholders.
- Drive data quality, validation, reconciliation, and reporting governance.
- Lead and mentor the analytics and reporting team. ?️ Must-Have Skills - Strong SQL, Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT & Data Modeling
- Big Data & NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra/DynamoDB)
- AWS (S3, Athena, Glue, Redshift)
- Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Metabase
- AI/ML Analytics & Recommendation Engine exposure
