HexaTP partners with clients to design effective Transfer Pricing planning strategies that support sustainable business operations and defend their positions before tax authorities. The firm focuses on delivering clear, practical solutions to complex transfer pricing challenges in a rapid-evolving regulatory environment.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Analyst role based in Gurugram. The Analyst will support client engagements by assisting in the preparation and review of Transfer Pricing documentation and related reports. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting benchmarking searches, analyzing financial and economic data, and supporting Transfer Pricing planning and advisory work under the guidance of senior team members.





The role involves researching local and international Transfer Pricing regulations, drafting clear analytical reports and presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

The Analyst will also assist in litigation support by compiling data, preparing summaries, and helping build robust technical arguments.

Qualifications

- MBA (Finance)/ Law/ Commerce Graduate with minimum 2 years of working experience in Transfer Pricing, tax consulting or audit.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and economic data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; comfort working with large datasets and performing benchmarking analyses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, documentation, and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gurugram and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
