- Innergize is looking for a Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of working experience (consulting/ advisory background) having a flair for taxation and structuring preferably with the following experience:
- Well versed with preparation/ working on business models/ financial models, valuation models.
- Analytical skills to read and interpret the financial statements and ratios.
- Dealing with Banks and NBFCs for fundraising and having prepared working capital and term finance proposals.
- Prepared Pitch/ teaser Information Memorandum
- Buy Side/ Sell Side/ Equity and Debt Raising Working knowledge of Corporate Laws, FEMA, Tax (Direct and Indirect) etc.
- Understanding about Ind-AS and Restatement of Financials Worked as a member of team assisting companies planning/ preparing for an IPO Proficient with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
