Roles and Responsibilities :

- Prepare and consolidate MIS reports on a regular basis, tracking cost data and key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments/projects for management review.

- Build and maintain dashboards (Excel/Power BI) for cost tracking, budget vs. actual analysis, and spend visibility.

- Process and coordinate ERP entries and cost bookings, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates across systems; flag discrepancies for review.

- Support the FP&A; function by assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business decisions.

- Analyze cost trends and patterns across functions, highlighting areas of concern or improvement to the reporting manager.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (project, procurement, commercial) to gather data, streamline reporting processes, and support efficiency initiatives.

Job Requirements :

- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.

- Robust skills in MIS reporting, ERP support, FPA modeling, and MS Office applications.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.
