About the role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Vendor Merchandiser to manage and grow Amazon retail activity. The role will focus on Amazon Vendor Central, catalogue quality, product availability, promotional execution and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day activity within Amazon Vendor Central.
- Maintain accurate product listings, attributes, imagery and enhanced content.
- Monitor purchase orders, confirmations, availability, shortages and catalogue issues.
- Support promotions, product launches and seasonal trading activity.
- Track sales, traffic, conversion, availability and content performance.
- Prepare performance reports and highlight clear commercial actions.
- Manage Amazon support cases and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
- Use marketplace and competitor insights to improve visibility and sales.

Requirements




- 3-5 years of experience in Amazon, ecommerce merchandising or marketplace operations.
- At least 2 years of hands-on Amazon Vendor Central experience.
- Strong understanding of catalogue management, availability, purchase orders and promotional activity.
- Experience using Jungle Scout or similar Amazon research tools.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Comfortable interpreting Amazon reports and turning data into practical actions.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership and communication skills.

Preferred experience
- Robust experience managing Amazon UK and/or Amazon US accounts.
- Experience working with UK or US consumer brands.
- Experience with FMCG, food and beverage, wellness or another consumer brand.
- Familiarity with Amazon Retail Analytics or similar reporting tools.
- Experience managing multiple SKUs and fast-moving promotional activity.
