- Experience: 8–12 years

- Qualification: Diploma / B.E.

- Industry: Automobile or HVAC industry exposure is mandatory

- Function: Procurement & Supply Chain

- ERP: SAP experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-end procurement and purchasing activities.

2. Vendor identification, development and evaluation.

3. RFQ, quotation comparison, negotiation and cost optimization.

4. Purchase order creation and follow-up with suppliers.

5. Managing direct/indirect material procurement and ensuring timely availability.

6. Coordination with production, planning, stores, quality and vendors.

7. Inventory and supply-chain coordination to avoid material shortages.

8. Vendor performance monitoring and issue resolution.

9. SAP-based procurement transactions, purchase orders, GRN/MRP-related activities and reporting.

10. Cost reduction, alternate vendor development and procurement improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Screening Points

Candidate should ideally meet all 4:

- 8–12 years experience

- Procurement/Purchase + Supply Chain

- Auto/HVAC industry

- SAP

Solid preference: Hands-on experience in manufacturing procurement, vendor management, negotiation and material planning.
