Ecomak Systems Process Equipment Division is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and sales for Process Equipment. The candidate should have relevant experience in Process Equipment, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers or similar engineered fabricated equipment, along with hands-on experience in proposal preparation, estimation, costing, techno-commercial offers and industrial marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop business opportunities for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers and Process Equipment.
- Generate new business through end users, consultants, EPC companies and industrial customers.
- Manage customer enquiries, RFQs and tender opportunities.
- Prepare and review technical and techno-commercial proposals.
- Handle estimation, costing, pricing and tendering.
- Coordinate with Design & Engineering teams for technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies for the Process Equipment Division.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and customer opportunities.




- Maintain sales pipeline and sales forecasts.
- Ensure realistic delivery commitments in coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Production and QA.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders to Project Planning and Execution teams.
- Drive order conversion, profitability and repeat business.

Mandatory Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales/business development.
- Mandatory experience in Process Equipment / Pressure Vessels / Heat Exchangers or similar engineered fabricated equipment.
- Hands-on experience in proposal preparation and techno-commercial offers.
- Experience in estimation, costing and pricing.
- Experience in industrial marketing/business development.
- Exposure to EPC, Oil & Gas, Chemical or Petrochemical customers is preferred.
- Good understanding of technical specifications, ASME/API requirements and customer requirements.
- Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
