We are looking for an experienced AM - Medical Superintendent to oversee hospital operations, clinical administration, quality standards, and patient care services. The candidate should have strong hospital administration experience along with hands-on exposure to NABH accreditation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day hospital and clinical operations.

- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.

- Monitor quality of patient care and hospital services.

- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, policies, and procedures.

- Lead NABH accreditation, audits, documentation, and compliance activities.

- Develop and implement hospital policies and operational processes.

- Monitor clinical quality, patient safety, and infection control standards.

- Handle operational issues and coordinate with senior management.





- Monitor departmental performance and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.

- Support cost control, resource management, and operational efficiency.

- Handle patient-related concerns and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare and review operational and quality reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBBS with PG qualification and MBA/MHA.

- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in hospital administration/medical management.

- Mandatory experience with NABH accreditation and compliance.

- Strong knowledge of hospital operations and clinical administration.

- Good leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

- Ability to coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, and administrative departments.

- Robust understanding of healthcare quality and patient safety standards.
