Job Summary The AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to solve complex business problems.

The role involves working with large datasets, building predictive models, optimizing algorithms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Learning & AI Development

- Build, train, and deploy ML models using supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.
- Develop scalable AI pipelines, including preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and identify key patterns.

Engineering & Deployment

- Implement ML models in production using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms.
- Work with MLOps tools for versioning, monitoring, and automating model workflows.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions with applications and business processes.

Collaboration & Research

- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Research emerging AI technologies and propose creative solutions.
- Document models, experiments, and processes.
