Key Responsibilities
Distribution: Expand retail footprint (SIM, Data, Recharges), appoint new outlets, ensure zero stock-out.
Channel Management: Lead Distributors / FSEs / Retailers. Drive profitability, engagement & retention.
Business Growth: Deliver sales targets, drive gross adds, revenue & market share.
Market Intelligence: Track competition, demographics, customer trends - act quick.
Monitor Sales performance and achieve assigned revenue, distribution and market-share targets.
Prepare market intelligence and competitor activity reports and work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and market performance.
