Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Air Export operation role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling day-to-day air export activities, including preparing and verifying export documentation, coordinating bookings with airlines, and ensuring timely cargo handling and dispatch.

Responsibilities include tracking shipments, resolving operational issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers, airlines, and internal teams.



The team member will support compliance with export regulations and company procedures, assist in rate negotiation and scheduling, and contribute to productive end-to-end export operations. This position requires close collaboration with colleagues and external partners to provide reliable and responsive service.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Export Documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in Import/Export Operations, including end-to-end Export and Import processes.
- Solid Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of air cargo handling, airline procedures, and basic customs requirements.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and capability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience in air freight or logistics operations is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
