About the Role

We're looking for someone obsessed with creating scroll-stopping content.

You'll work across the brands of Scalenut Group, creating AI-generated videos, editing real UGC content, and designing high-converting creatives for ads, social media, and product marketing. If you're excited about AI, content, and building things that millions of people can see, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

- Create AI-generated videos using the latest AI tools at scale.
- Edit UGC videos into high-performing ad creatives.
- Design social media creatives, product graphics, thumbnails, banners, and marketing assets.
- Experiment with recent AI video, image, and design tools before everyone else.
- Work closely with founders, marketers, and product teams to launch campaigns at speed.




- Help build creative systems that scale content production.

We're Looking For
- Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut or similar).
- Good design sense (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva).
- Curiosity to learn AI tools like Veo, Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, Flux, ChatGPT, and others.
- Ability to tell stories through short-form videos.
- Someone who notices trends before they become mainstream.
- Fast learner with a bias for action.

Bonus Points
- You've created viral Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or TikTok videos.
- Experience creating performance marketing creatives.
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills.
- Portfolio showcasing video editing or creative work.
