We're hiring Ai Video Editors/Performance Video Editors to work on short form videos for DTC brands.

We're hiring for two roles:

1. AI Video Editor

You generate ads end to end using AI tools. Two specialisations, pick the one you're strongest at:

- Pixar-style 3D or claymation animation
- UGC-style ads that look like a real person filming on their phone

2. Performance Video Editor You edit real footage. Mid-level motion graphics, but above all sharp pacing and premium caption typography.

What you'll do

Deliver 1.5–2 minutes of finished, ready to publish video every day. 8 hours per day, with flexibility to take breaks in between.



Preferably work mostly during daytime hours and stay reachable for feedback.

You'll fit if you

- Have a portfolio of short-form vertical ads (9:16)
- Understand hooks, pacing, and caption timing, not just software
- Can take feedback fast and ship daily
