Job Title: AI Staff Engineer (7-10 years)

About the role

We're hiring a senior engineer to lead the design of agentic and multi-agent AI systems for clients. This role focuses on architecture, system design, and leading teams.

What you'll do

- Design and own the architecture of agentic and multi-agent AI systems
- Work directly with clients and business teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Lead and mentor engineering teams through delivery

What we're looking for

- 7-10 years of experience with strong backend and system design skills (Python preferred)
- 1–2 years of hands-on AI project experience, ideally agentic or multi-agent systems
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and frameworks like LangGraph or MCP
- Experience leading teams and strong communication skills
