Your customers aren’t just typing queries into Google anymore.

They’re asking ChatGPT. Gemini. Claude. Perplexity. AI Overviews.

And those platforms are deciding which brands get mentioned, cited, recommended, and ultimately considered.

We’re looking for an AI SEO Manager who understands both sides of this shift: Traditional SEO AI Search Visibility (GEO).

Someone who can take a brand from: “We rank on Google. ”to“AI recommends us too.”

What you’ll own

→ Build and execute SEO GEO strategies across multiple client accounts

→ Improve brand visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity & Google AI Overviews

→ Identify why competitors are getting cited when our clients aren’t

→ Create category-specific content, topical authority & entity-building strategies

→ Lead technical SEO and AI visibility audits

→ Develop content frameworks designed to become trusted sources for AI systems

→ Track rankings, AI visibility, citations, share of voice & competitor movement

→ Work closely with content, design, SEO & development teams

→ Manage and mentor SEO executives and content specialists

→ Keep experimenting as search engines and AI retrieval systems evolve





You’ll probably be a great fit if...

- You’ve managed multiple accounts, worked directly with clients, and know how to turn messy data into a clear growth plan.
- Agency experience is preferred, especially if you’ve worked across industries like D2C, SaaS, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Finance, or B2B services.
- You should be comfortable with tools like: Ahrefs • SEMrush • Google Search Console • GA4 • Screaming Frog • AI visibility platforms
- And terms like GEO, entity building, topical authority, semantic search, LLM citations, and AI share of voice shouldn’t sound foreign to you.

Extra points if ?

You’ve already experimented with getting brands surfaced in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or AI Overviews, worked with D2C/eCommerce brands, or developed content strategies around topical authority and semantic search. Interested?
