Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Good to have skills : Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Prompt Engineering

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust pipelines that are suitable for production environments, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. The engineer actively works on incorporating generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image analysis tools.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions that align with organizational goals and technical standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the quality and scalability of AI applications through rigorous testing and optimization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Prompt Engineering.
- Robust understanding of AI model deployment in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience with generative AI technologies and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and chatbot development.
- Ability to design and maintain production-ready AI pipelines ensuring reliability and performance.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
