The Role

Troopr is hiring an AI-First Video Editor who goes beyond traditional editing. This is a high-ownership creative role where you will produce product, marketing, demo, and social videos end-to-end while aggressively leveraging AI tools across the creation lifecycle. You will use AI to accelerate video generation, animation, editing, and iteration, and combine it with programmatic, code-driven video tools like Remotion.

We are looking for someone who treats AI as a core creative tool, not just an occasional assistant.

What You'll Do

- Create polished product, marketing, demo, and social videos from scripts, product concepts, and rough ideas.
- Use AI tools to accelerate video generation, editing, animation, and iteration across the production pipeline.




- Build programmatic videos and motion graphics using tools like Remotion.
- Work with Hyperframes, Claude Code, and other emerging AI video tools to speed up production.
- Apply solid storytelling instincts to pacing, typography, transitions, and product narrative.
- Experiment continuously with new AI video workflows to improve production speed and quality.
- Take a video from idea to finished, publish-ready output with minimal supervision.

What We're Looking For

- Strong video editing and visual storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI video generation/editing tools.
- Comfort with Remotion, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, or a willingness to work extensively with AI coding tools.
- A positive eye for motion, typography, pacing, transitions, and product storytelling.
- Ability to work independently from idea to finished video.
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality video work.
