About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design and develop intelligent solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science. The ideal candidate should have strong Python skills and hands-on experience building production-ready AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop GenAI and LLM-powered applications using GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral, or similar models.
- Design and implement Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex.
- Build RAG pipelines, vector search, embeddings, and knowledge-grounded AI solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering, function/tool calling, memory, workflows, and AI agent orchestration.
- Develop and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using Python.
- Build scalable AI APIs and applications using FastAPI and related frameworks.
- Deploy AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.




- Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years in AI/ML, Data Science, NLP, or related technologies.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen/CrewAI.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Transformers, and embeddings.
- Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, or Weaviate.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and AI/ML cloud services.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.

Valuable to Have

- LLM fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, and model optimization.
- Experience with MCP, A2A, AI Agents, LLMOps/MLOps.
- Databricks, Spark/PySpark, SQL, or Data Engineering experience.
- Experience with multimodal AI and AI evaluation/observability tools.
