About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI solutions for our clients. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and multi-agent systems to create innovative, scalable, and secure AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to drive AI transformation initiatives.

Additionally, you will evaluate emerging AI technologies and define best practices to ensure the deployment of reliable, compliant, and high-performance AI systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in AI/ML solution architecture, with strong proficiency in Python development.
- Deep understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.




- Hands-on experience with AI agents, multi-agent systems, tool/function calling, and MCP frameworks.
- Proficiency with AI development tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with vector databases like Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
- Knowledge of cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS AI/ML, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent services.
- Strong background in MLOps/LLMOps using MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Azure ML, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with APIs, microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development.
- Understanding of AI monitoring, evaluation, observability, and governance frameworks.
- Preferred: Experience with GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs, Enterprise Search, Responsible AI, compliance, and customer-facing AI transformation projects.

Responsibilities

- Architect and deliver scalable solutions involving LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and multi-agent systems tailored to client requirements.
- Define and implement AI architecture, ensuring governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
- Collaborate closely with business, product,



and engineering teams to align AI solutions with organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering innovation and best practices in AI development.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend strategic adoption to enhance solution capabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and processes for AI solution deployment and management.
- Monitor AI system performance, ensure observability, and oversee ongoing governance and compliance.
