About The Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer - FDE to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions from inception to deployment. This is a highly hands-on position that requires a deep understanding of AI engineering, backend development, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise-scale deployments.

You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products, including large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and voice AI technologies. As part of the founding engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's technology roadmap and driving innovation in AI solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 9 years of experience in software engineering with a strong background in AI and backend development. Proficiency in Python and experience working with large language models, RAG pipelines, and AI agents are essential. Familiarity with tools such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Google AI Development Kit (ADK), or similar frameworks is required.

A solid understanding of distributed systems, system architecture, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.

Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or SQS is also important. Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills,



the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a passion for building scalable and reliable AI solutions.

Responsibilities In this role, you will own end-to-end AI solutions, from architectural design to production deployment. Your key responsibilities include building AI agents, RAG pipelines, backend services, and integrating these solutions into enterprise environments. You will design scalable and reliable AI systems that meet performance and security standards.

Collaborating closely with customers and engineering teams, you will gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize AI models for production. Driving AI evaluations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting will be critical to ensure seamless deployment and operation. Additionally, your insights will influence product development and engineering decisions, contributing to the company's strategic growth in AI technology.
