Role & responsibilities

- Identify high-impact AI/ML use cases that align with the company's strategic goals.

- Translate complex business problems into explicit, structured problem statements and formulate solutions for the same.

- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Develop detailed PRDs for IT development and test cases for UAT sign-offs.

- Manage and own AI model integration & fine-tuning prompt engineering, skills, etc.

- Develop an AI Nudge Engine for personalized nudges to employees.

- Prioritize product features, manage development and integration with other systems (CRM, WhatsApp, Apps, etc.), and ensure timely delivery adhering to SDLC.

- Collaborate with Business Stakeholders, Data (SFE), Design, IT, Marketing team & external vendors for successful, timely delivery of product features as per the product roadmap.

- Establish success metrics (KPIs, adoption rates, ROI) to measure product performance.





- Own GTM and growth of the product in collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Exposure to UI/UX principles, wireframing, and prototyping tools like Figma or Balsamiq.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and application development and mobility solutions.

- Knowledge of existing and upcoming AI/ML and other tools, e.g., AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Kendra, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, QuickSight, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.

- Act as the knowledge SPOC for AI trends in healthcare marketing, digital therapeutics, and patient engagement technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science/Computers with an MBA.

- 23 years of hands-on experience developing & launching AI/ML-based products as a Product Manager.

- Hands-on knowledge of AI LLM management & product integration, e.g., OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, Claude, etc.

- Experience managing cross-functional internal & external teams.
