SDET / Test Automation EngineerJob Description

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer / SDET with 3–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation solutions across web, mobile, API, Salesforce, and performance testing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with modern automation tools and a keen interest in applying AI-driven approaches to software testing and quality engineering.

Key Technical Skills

- Strong experience in Test Automation / SDET, including designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright using JavaScript/TypeScript for web application automation and end-to-end testing.
- Experience in Mobile Test Automation using Appium and WebdriverIO across Android and iOS platforms.
- Strong experience in API Testing and Automation for REST/SOAP services, including validation of integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Good understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, custom objects, flows, validation rules, and business processes.
- Experience with Performance and Load Testing using K6, including analyzing application scalability, stability, and responsiveness.
- Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar DevOps tools.
- Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL for Salesforce data validation and backend testing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Apex testing, integration testing, and deployment validation.
- Good understanding of Git/version control and modern software development and testing practices.

AI Exposure
- Exposure to AI-powered testing tools,



AI-assisted automation frameworks, and intelligent test generation solutions.
- Understanding of how AI can support test case generation, defect prediction, test maintenance, test optimization, and quality engineering.
- Strong interest in emerging AI technologies and their practical application in Software Testing and Automation Engineering.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts for web, mobile, API, and Salesforce applications.
- Build and execute automated test suites using Playwright, Appium, and WebdriverIO.
- Develop effective automation strategies covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and faster, more reliable releases.
- Develop and execute performance and load tests using K6 and analyze performance bottlenecks.
- Test and validate Salesforce applications, integrations, workflows, and business processes using automated and manual testing techniques where required.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Analyze test execution results, troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes, and recommend quality improvements.




- Continuously enhance automation frameworks, coding standards, reusable components, and QA best practices.
- Contribute to an automation-first and quality engineering culture across projects.
- Mentor junior team members and support the adoption of up-to-date automation and testing practices.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
