Key Responsibilities

- Promote and drive adoption of AI tools across different business functions.

- Identify day-to-day activities where AI can improve productivity or reduce manual effort.

- Demonstrate practical AI use cases to employees and functional teams.

- Conduct AI awareness sessions, hands-on workshops, and one-to-one guidance.

- Help employees use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Gamma, Adobe Firefly, NotebookLM, etc.

- Create function-specific prompts, templates, and AI productivity playbooks.

- Continuously explore and evaluate new AI tools available in the market.

- Build enthusiasm and confidence among employees to experiment with AI.

- Identify opportunities for AI automation and Agentic AI workflows and coordinate with the technical/AI team.

- Track AI adoption, use cases implemented, and productivity improvements.

- Ensure employees follow responsible AI usage, data security, and approved-tool guidelines.

Skills Required





- Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and AI productivity tools.

- Positive understanding of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar LLM platforms.

- Strong prompt-writing and prompt-engineering skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.

- Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users in simple language.

- Ability to understand business processes and identify AI use cases.

- Strong curiosity and passion for continuously exploring new AI tools.

- Ability to influence, motivate, and encourage people to adopt new technology.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Basic understanding of AI Agents, automation, APIs, n8n/Make/Power Automate would be an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or data analytics would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
