AI Agent Developer (Hermes Agent Specialist)

We're The Paid Ad Agency (PaidAdAgency.com), a full-stack Meta ads agency working with high-ticket coaching, consulting, and service businesses. We handle media buying, copywriting, creative production, GHL automation, and Hyros attribution for our clients, mostly on a retainer plus revenue share model.

We're building out an internal automation layer using AI agents (Claude Code, Hermes Agent, and a Supabase-based orchestration setup) to handle fulfillment work that currently eats up our team's time. We already have an agent build roadmap mapped out and need someone who can execute against it fast.

We're hiring an AI Agent Developer with hands-on experience building agents specifically on Hermes Agent, plus general fluency in Claude Code and agentic systems. You'll take our fulfillment workflows (ad copywriting support, campaign reporting, client onboarding, QA checks, and more) and turn them into working agents that save us time and increase our margins.

This starts as a part-time, as-needed contract, with a clear path to full-time as our workload grows.

- Build, test, and deploy agents on Hermes Agent (and Claude Code where relevant) against our existing roadmap
- Translate our fulfillment SOPs into agent workflows without needing much hand-holding
- Iterate quickly based on output quality, not just whether something runs without errors
- Flag what's not working and bring a proposed fix along with it
- Proactively keep us updated on progress, blockers, and what's next

- Proven experience building agents on Hermes Agent specifically (non-negotiable)
- Strong working knowledge of Claude Code and agentic system design
- Past experience working with or inside a digital marketing / paid ads agency
- Systems thinking, able to turn a messy manual process into something automated and reliable
- High agency. You bring solutions and outcomes, not just questions
- Fluent, clear English and rapid response times
- Comfortable working async across time zones, responsive during agreed hours
- Hands-on experience with Supabase
- Hands-on experience with Obsidian

- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Hyros
- Prior experience building internal tools for an agency or service business

$10/hour to start, part-time and as-needed initially, with room to grow into full-time as our workload and your track record grow. We'll run a 1 to 2 week paid trial first before committing to a longer-term contract.

We judge this role on outcomes, not hours logged: speed to ship, agent quality and reliability, quality of what the agent actually produces, and how fast we go from task to live deployment.

Applications without a Loom video or without direct Hermes Agent experience won't be considered.
